Top 10 crafts to sell (and how much money you’ll make)

Want to sell your crafts? Well, here’s the top ten most popular crafts to sell, and what they sell for!  Keep in mind that the price will vary. And I’ve estimated the amount based on if you were selling to strangers. If you are making things for family and friends, never charge them unless they insist. And even then, charge very little.  1. Jewelry    (Can honestly sell for over 50 dollars. If you’re selling to family and friends, and the jewelry is about medium quality [I mean no offense] you should charge around 10 dollars per item.)  2.  Wall paintings (up to 175 dollars based on quality, buyers, and the amount of money you spent on creating your piece)  3. Photos (100 to 250 dollars. But it depends on who’s paying and what the photo is of. If you are doing a professional photo shoot of a family or person or sometimes even pets, you can charge around 150 bucks an hour.)   4. Soap (2 dollars per ounce)  5. Candles (fancy candles can sell for around 30 dollars.)  6. Embroidered craft

Interviewing a happily married couple - tips on how you can stay in love with your spouse

  1. How did you meet, and how did that meeting kindle your love?  Wife:  we first met in elementary school, but we began dating in youth group in high school. Having shared history is a wonderful bonding feature of our romance.  Husband: well, we met in second and third grade. So I won’t say that that kindled our love. But in high school, one night at our Youth Group, she sat down next to me and said I was really good at guitar, which is a very sweet lie, and that’s all it took.  2. How do you keep the spark alive even after many years of marriage? Emotionally speaking?  Wife: Always think the best of your partner, and put their needs above your own.  Husband: There’s lots of ways to do that. But I think the most important is being deliberate and intentional about our marriage and our love and that spark. It’s like building a fire. If you want to light a fire, you need fuel. And you need an ignition source. And if you have that, you can start a fire. If you want to keep that fire goin

Positive Mindset - a myriad of interviews from positive thinkers. Happy Interview Week!

An interview with a positive grandma 1. What routines boost your mental health?  I really enjoy that online game Wordle. Reading, of course. That’s one of my routines - reading every night before bed. I’m a creature of habit, yes.  2. What makes you smile?  Family. My grandchildren. 3. How do you get out of a bad mood cycle? Usually I take some alone time in my room and read. That really helps. I also take a hot bath, and read in the tub, to get myself out of a funk. Self care activities help. If I can’t read, I really miss it.  4. What actions help you achieve a good mindset?  Excercise by doing my walking, and my steps, helps a lot. Exercise produces endorphins in the brain to help the mood. And your body just feels better too.  5. How does family play a role in a mindset?  Family plays a huge roll. It seems like someone is always telling me a joke, or giving me a hug, or cooking me a meal, and that always makes me feel good.  6. What triggers a bad mood cycle?  If someone is mean t

Add some lemon juice for extra flavor, use a light whip cream frosting, and place slices of strawberries in between the layers.  3. Grilled cheese sandwiches, cut into triangles, look delectable in a party set up! Add some fresh veggies inside for an extra healthy addition! Using natural cheese also is great, and try using zero calorie oil spray instead of olive oil and butter to fry the bread in. Whole wheat bread all the way!  4. Make rolls with whole wheat flour! And if you really can’t live without butter, pls don’t use the gross processed kind. Natural is always more healthy for you!  5. 10 cute Animal Crafts for Kids

Image
Who doesn’t love animal crafts? Here are 10 cute projects for kids!  1. Paint a bunny bank  2. Fancy dog styling. Make a homemade dog friendly face mask out of oats and water. Mix 1 cup of oats to 2 cups water. Let sit over night, then rub on dog snouts to get rid of crusty eye boogie spots. Also safe if they accidentally get a lick.  3. Easy homemade dog bed.  Take a piece of cardboard and add a string of hot glue round the edge. Press a piece of fabric down, gluing it to the cardboard edge, leaving a gap. Stuff it, then close up the gap with more glue. My dog loves her homemade bed!  This might require adult supervision if very young kids are making this.  4. Cat doodles! Cute right?  5. Dog sewing kit!  6. No - sew pet quilt. Take a bunch of pre-cut fabric squares, and cut the ends into 1 inch strips. Poke a hole in the center of each strip. Tie two pieces of fabric together by braiding the strips of fabric together through the holes. I originally made this quilt for me, but my dog
