1. Homemade pesto 

Blend up some kale, spinach, water, garlic, Parm, and other seasonings till you get desired consistency. No olive oil whatsoever! 




2. Healthy strawberry lemon cake 

You can make any cake healthy by using organic eggs, whole wheat flower, and honey instead of sugar. Add some lemon juice for extra flavor, use a light whip cream frosting, and place slices of strawberries in between the layers. 


3. Grilled cheese sandwiches, cut into triangles, look delectable in a party set up! Add some fresh veggies inside for an extra healthy addition! Using natural cheese also is great, and try using zero calorie oil spray instead of olive oil and butter to fry the bread in. Whole wheat bread all the way! 
4. Make rolls with whole wheat flour! And if you really can’t live without butter, pls don’t use the gross processed kind. Natural is always more healthy for you! 

5. Make another cake using whole wheat flour, maple syrup, and natural cocoa powder. Add a light, sugar free mousse on top and a few raspberries!
