1. Homemade pesto
Blend up some kale, spinach, water, garlic, Parm, and other seasonings till you get desired consistency. No olive oil whatsoever!
You can make any cake healthy by using organic eggs, whole wheat flower, and honey instead of sugar. Add some lemon juice for extra flavor, use a light whip cream frosting, and place slices of strawberries in between the layers.
4. Make rolls with whole wheat flour! And if you really can’t live without butter, pls don’t use the gross processed kind. Natural is always more healthy for you! 5. Make another cake using whole wheat flour, maple syrup, and natural cocoa powder. Add a light, sugar free mousse on top and a few raspberries!
