Best Healthy Meals for this time of year

 


1. Yogurt wit honey, granola, and berries 

2. A chopped plum 
3. Pasta with spinach and Parmesan, with whole wheat crostini. 
4. Cheesy garlic loaf. I made a spinach paste with Parmesan, then spooned it in between homemade healthy bread dough. 
5. Pear and blue cheese cranberry spinach salad for the family. 
6. Chia pudding with coconut, berries, and plum. 
7. Nut cranberry salad with cheese and homemade quinoa crackers.  
8. POTATOES and lemon pepper asparagus! 
9. Trinete la pesto.
