3 fall recipes




All three of these are healthy and tasty! Enjoy! 
1. Fresh plum parfait 
Mix 1 cup of low fat Greek yoghurt with 3 tablespoons of granola, a drizzle of honey, and a fresh plum. 

2. Whole wheat waffles with vanilla bean whipped cream and fruit syrup (no sugar) 
3. Spring mix lettuce with homemade no oil croutons, blue cheese, and a pinch of salt
