1. Fresh plum parfait
Mix 1 cup of low fat Greek yoghurt with 3 tablespoons of granola, a drizzle of honey, and a fresh plum.
3. Spring mix lettuce with homemade no oil croutons, blue cheese, and a pinch of salt
