Healthy Coffee Cake Recipe (suuuuuuper quick and easy)

 Well, don’t you find it annoying when you are on a recipe and they have a bunch of random stuff before finally telling you the ingredients you need? They overload on photos and cheesy cliches and make you quite frustrated by the time you are finished scrolling? So I am going to hit my jump-to-recipe button and give it to you straight. 

Ingredients: 

(Crumb) 

1 pinch cinnamon 

1 pinch salt 

1/2 cup whole wheat flour 

1/3 cup brown sugar 

3 tablespoons slightly softened butter, crumbled 

(Cake batter) 

1 cup Greek yoghurt (to replace the butter) 

2 eggs (organic, cage free) 

1/2 cup whole wheat 

1/4 cup vegetable oil 

1 teaspoon baking powder 

1/4 teaspoon baking soda 

1/3 cup white cane sugar 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

1 pinch cinnamon 

1 pinch salt 


Are you ready for some cooking magic? Start by mixing up the crumb in a small bowl. Then mix up the cake batter in a large bowl. Grease a Pyrex pan with zero cal butter spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Scoop the cake batter into the prepared Pyrex, add the crumble on top, and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
