A Sunday Night Routine to Start The Week Off Right!

 Here is a stress free schedule to help make your Sunday extra special, and to start the week off right! 

3:00 (pm) 

Brew a mug of herbal tea and find a comfy spot to sit and read a book or check your emails 

3:30 

Take the leftovers of your tea or brew a fresh cup and go upstairs to your bathroom. Grab a colored bath bomb and some bath salts and set up a special bath tray to use throughout the week. 

4:00

Test out your new bath tray and have a lovely relaxing bath with a book or some home decor magazines. Don’t forget the music! 

4:45 

Dry off from your bath and begin your evening skincare routine. If you don’t have one yet (insert horrified gasp here) don’t worry, I’m including my own routine below. 

1. Wash off makeup with a bit of water mixed with micellar cleaning water on a cotton pad. 

2. Apply a wrinkle-reducing eye cream 

3. Apply a wrinkle-reducing face cream 

4. Apply a Dead Sea face lotion 

5. Apply a soothing face lotion

6. Set the skin care products with a hydrating coconut mist (or whatever scent you prefer) 

7. Apply a lip balm 

8. Apply lip chap

9. Complete! 

5:00 

Start cooking a healthy dinner. A personal favorite is a spinach Parmesan salad with honey mustard dressing. Sit around the table and have a Sunday devotional while you eat. 

6:00

Set out your clothes for the next day, make your Monday to-do list, brush your teeth, and do a light tidy. 

6:30 

Watch a fun family movie together  

8:30 

Head on upstairs to bed, find a new book, and dive right in! 

12:00 or earlier

Go to sleep early enough to ensure a great day tomorrow!
