Birthday Week! A travel themed birthday per day! Day 1 - Italy

 Here’s how to throw an Italian - themed party! Step by step :)

1. Hang vines off the windows to create a Roman ruin vibe 

2. Green white and red streamers

3. Red and white roses 

4. Print Italian flags and tape them on the presents 

5. Make pasta 

6. Make crostini

7. Whip up a charcuterie 

8. Make limonchello together as an activity. 

9. Take an Italian sweet and wrap it up in a big ball of seran. Have one person try to unravel as much of the seran wrap as they can in a single turn. One person is the ‘dice master’ who will roll two die continuously until they doubles. When they get doubles, the unwrapping person passes the treat orb to the next person. Whoever unwraps the sweet gets to keep it. 

10. Scavenger hunt! 

11. Take twice as many mini Italian flags as people playing the game. Have the people go off into pairs of two and each person will be holding two flags. Then play this mini capture the flags game. One person in each pair asks the other a very personal question. If they don’t want to answer, you get to take their flag. Then it’s their turn. Whoever captures both of the other’s flags goes into the next round with the other winners. The game continues until one person is left. 

12. Coloring quest! Great for kids, this game is very easy and very cute! Leave a coloring sheet in each room of the house and have them traipse all over looking for them! They have to color them all to get the prize!
