50 things before 50
Here are fifty things to do before you turn fifty! These are specifically designed to broaden your horizons and feel like a kid again. They will also strength your relationships with family and friends. I’m going to try these over the summer.
1. Start a journal of your achievements and track your progress
2. Do something wonderfully kid-like
3. Learn to cartwheel
4. Make a garden
5. Visit a place you’ve dreamt of visiting
6. Lay in the grass and look up at the sky
7. Write a letter to someone
8. Learn a new hobby
9. Watch your favorite movie with a new friend
10. Try a vegetarian or vegan diet
11. Play in the yard
12. Contemplate your future
13. Eat healthy
14. Host a game marathon
15. Pat a horse’s nose
16. Listen to an old CD
17. Take a long walk
18. Teach your pet a new trick
19. Eat some sprinkles
20. Do something wildly unexpected in front of your friends
21. Trash your to do list for the day
22. Sell unnecessary clutter
23. Make homemade cocktails or mocktails
24. Have a meaningful conversation with a family member or friend
