Healthy Spiced Butterscotch Cookies

Have a sweet tooth but want to stay healthy? This recipe is perfect for you! I use whole wheat flour, cage free organic eggs, and all natural maple syrup instead of sugar.

So tasty, and so HEALTHY! 😋😋😋😋😋

These are my dad’s favorites.

1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

2. Mix 3/4 cup of melted butter, 1 cage free organic egg, and 2-4 tablespoons of all natural maple syrup.

3. Add 1 and 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of nutmeg, a pinch of cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

4. Add 1 cup of butterscotch chips.

5. Scoop the dough into little balls on a greased baking tray.
It makes about 16 large cookies. Serving size: One cookie. (Recommended serving size. No judgement.)

6. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes. Let them cool. Tada!
