 Want to see what I’ve been up to lately? I have a few half-finished projects I’ve been meaning to complete, and so why not complete them together? 

One of my recent posts was about my latest fashion projects. Today I visited the fabric store and here’s what I got:

Some gold trim for my cousins’ outfits, some pretty blue fabric for a winter sweater, and some black and blue Shibori dyed fabric for a dress for my grandmother. I’m also in the process of hemming this train for my purple prototype dress. I’m debating adding a belt. Check out the half-finished dress below and vote in the comments for or against about the belt issue.

I’ve also been into mosaic glass tiles and modge podge glue adhesive. I made an impressionist glass painting, and am working on a craft bag. It’s literally a bag that says craft. But you don’t get to see it because it is UGLY. Feel free to say it’s not any second here. No? *awkward pause* Moving on. 


I’m also submitting a story to a literary magazine so WISH ME LUCK everybody!!!

 Here is a handy to do list now that the Christmas season is really upon us. I hope this will help you stay organized while appreciating the spirit and joy of this holiday. A Socially Awkward Teen

 Hi! So recently, I decided to go shopping. I’m not normal a huge shopper, but it was my great grandma’s 90th birthday and I needed a nice dress for pictures. So I decided to go to Ross Dress For Less. Don’t judge me. Now, as you probably know, in a Ross Dress For Less, anything goes.  Anyway, I was having trouble finding a dress that I would wear to a 90th birthday party and not a Vegas Night Club. But I just couldn’t. So I decided I would probably wear something I already had.  But, being the homeschooled quarantine socially awkward teen that I am, I was so petrified that someone would think I had done something wrong if I didn’t buy a dress. So I got a dress and headed to the fitting rooms. I got my clothes number and headed to a stall. The lock was a bit janky but I managed. I went back out and headed for my cart but was stopped by a worker who said I needed to give him my card. I did not have my card.  He forced me to go back to the changing room TWICE but I couldn’t find anything

Easiest Slime Recipe

  This is such an easy slime recipe you’ll hardly believe it!  Just mix up 4 cups of shaving cream, four tablespoons of contact solution, and 2 cups of glue. Add food coloring if you want. Then you just mix it until it feels like your arm will fall off. Easy as that.  Have fun slime makers!
